Lithuanian regtech startup AMLYZE has signed an agreement with Mano Bank to provide the bank with a platform for anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention, Arcticstartup reported on November 3, 2026. Mano Bank will use the platform to centralise customer risk assessment, transaction monitoring, customer and payment screening, and compliance investigations.
What the Mano Bank Platform Covers
AMLYZE develops software for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing compliance. Founded in 2019, the company provides SaaS solutions covering transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, sanctions and politically exposed person screening, and compliance investigations. Its platform is used by approximately 30 financial institutions across two continents, including banks, electronic money institutions, fintech companies and payment service providers.
Mano Bank provides business loans, payment services, currency exchange, deposits, leasing and e-commerce solutions. It received Lithuania's first specialised bank licence in 2018 and began operations in January 2019, primarily serving small and medium-sized businesses in Lithuania and international markets. The bank aims to bring several risk management functions into one environment and reduce the manual workload involved in monitoring transactions and assessing customers.
"As the bank grows rapidly, we want our services to become simpler and more convenient for our clients, and our risk management more effective," said Ernestas Šteimantas, Head of AML/CFT Operations and Control at Mano Bank. "Our partnership with AMLYZE will help us better balance these two goals – a convenient customer experience and effective risk management."
AMLYZE's Earlier Partnerships and Funding
According to akta.pro company records, AMLYZE partnered with Vinted Pay in January 2026 to provide AML/CFT compliance monitoring during onboarding and payment processes, and with Lithuanian real estate crowdfunding platform Profitus the same month. In June 2026, Lithuanian electronic money institution WALLETTO selected AMLYZE for full product suite integration covering transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment and screening tools. The same records list total funding of $3.7 million at Seed stage, with the last round on October 2, 2024.
How Other Regtech Firms Have Partnered
ComplyCube partnered with FlexAML to help UK corporate service providers streamline AML compliance through automated business verification and risk-based onboarding, EIN Presswire reported on October 22, 2026. SX Group signed a strategic partnership with financial intelligence firm Fintime to raise its annual revenue from R$4 million to R$15 million in three years, Startupi reported on October 23, 2026.
AMLYZE's September 2026 Name-Matching Model
The Mano Bank agreement follows AMLYZE's September 2026 introduction of Sama, an AI-assisted name-matching model developed in-house and offered as an optional feature across its screening products. The model provides matching scores to support analysts in evaluating potential matches, while leaving final decisions to human specialists.
"Financial institutions today face two equally important tasks: ensuring a smooth customer experience and managing financial crime risks effectively," said CEO and Co-Founder Gabrielius Erikas Bilkštys. "We are pleased to contribute to Mano Bank's technology development."
