Linker Vision unveiled Linker AI Nexa at Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 in Barcelona on November 3, 2026, a platform that connects real-time city data with government standard operating procedures. The Taiwanese Physical AI company said the platform combines physical AI and agentic AI with NVIDIA technologies to coordinate action for public safety, resilience and sustainability, according to PR Newswire.

How Linker AI Nexa Connects City Data To SOPs

Linker Vision said Nexa builds on its existing AI capabilities by integrating real-time data, AI agents, domain knowledge and digital twin technologies. The platform runs on NVIDIA accelerated computing: Metropolis Blueprint for video search and summarization and Cosmos open world foundation models interpret video and real-world conditions, while Omniverse libraries and OpenUSD unify city, tree and environmental data in a digital twin built with 3D Gaussian Splatting. Nemotron reasoning models let users explore scenarios and optimize shade through natural language.

The company described four steps: sense, which interprets real-time camera and IoT sensor data; predict, which assesses outcomes using simulation and environmental models; decide, which identifies responsible teams and recommended actions based on city SOPs; and act, which coordinates workflows and triggers responses through connected systems. Linker Vision said application examples focus on flood and typhoon response, building on its work monitoring road hazards and traffic incidents, with its city-scale Lighthouse Project with the Kaohsiung City Government providing an operational foundation.

Linker Vision also announced a collaboration with MVRDV, the Dutch architecture and urban design firm, to bring AI-powered digital twins into urban planning and climate adaptation. MVRDV contributes scientific data and evaluation criteria while the ESG agent helps planners identify heat hotspots, assess planting options and simulate long-term outcomes. The two are exploring opportunities across Europe, including Poland, the Netherlands, Ireland and Berlin, Germany.

"Cities need AI that turns information into action and delivers measurable value," said Paul Shieh, Founder and CEO of Linker Vision. "By combining NVIDIA technologies with physical AI and agentic AI, we connect real-world understanding with city operations."

Linker Vision's Camera Deployments And $35 Million Round

According to akta.pro company records, Linker Vision closed a $35 million Series A round on January 5, 2026, led by Abico Group with participation from NVIDIA and other investors, issuing convertible preferred shares. The same records list AI-GRID deployments scaling across tens of thousands of cameras in Taipei City, Kaohsiung and Taiwan's Ministry of Transportation and Communications for traffic management, flooding response, passenger flow and infrastructure coordination.

Dubai And DDN Launch City-Facing Tools

Dubai Land Department announced on November 2, 2026 an upgraded Ejari service on the DubaiNow app, letting tenants register, renew and cancel tenancy contracts and pay DEWA deposits in one place, GulfNews reported. DDN said on October 21, 2026 that M2M Tech will showcase its Smart City Agentic Video Intelligence solution at NVIDIA GTC Berlin 2026 at DDN's booth, combining M2M Edge AI, DDN Infinia and NVIDIA technologies to process traffic camera video, Aktien reported.

Taipei Pilot Results And European Expansion

In Taipei, Linker Vision said urban forest applications with the ESG agent raised tree survey throughput from approximately 100 to over 1,000 trees per person per day using 3DGS scanning. Pilot simulations projected shade coverage rising from 15.7% to over 50% within 15 years, with 15-year outcomes simulated in 10 minutes and multiple design iterations completed in one hour, compared with approximately two weeks per iteration.
