Quantix's Lender Transaction and New Board

Quantix, a provider of specialized supply chain solutions to the chemical industry, said the transaction strengthened its financial position and provided additional capital. The company said the capital supports continued investment in specialized liquid and dry bulk transportation, ISO services, environmental solutions, distribution and export operations, managed solutions, technology, and the people who deliver chemical supply chain services.

"Our customers depend on us to manage complex chemical supply chains safely and reliably every day," said Nate Gesse, Chief Executive Officer of Quantix. "The support of our lender-investors, together with the experience of our new Board of Directors, strengthens our ability to invest in the business, serve our customers, and execute our long-term strategy."

Antares Capital was founded in 1996 with $1 billion in seed capital and has grown to about $96 billion in assets, ION Analytics reported on October 16, 2026. The firm issued 8 BSL CLOs and 25 middle market CLOs, and its third senior loan fund closed at $8.5 billion, according to ION Analytics.

Lawrence Hirsh, Chairman of the Board, said: "Quantix has established a strong position in the chemical supply chain industry, supported by a talented leadership team and a comprehensive portfolio of specialized services." Hirsh added that the board sees significant opportunities to build on that position, deepen customer relationships, and support the company's long-term growth. The board will work with Quantix's executive leadership team to guide strategy, oversee performance, and support the company's long-term objectives.

Quantix's Platform and Network Growth

According to akta.pro company records, Quantix launched the AI-powered Quantix Platform in March 2026, providing real-time shipment visibility, predictive ETAs, performance analytics, compliance reporting, and secure API integration for chemical manufacturers. The same records list more than 1,600 trucks and 1,600 trailers, 32 terminals and 17 warehousing and packaging facilities.
