Phulse takes on broader board-level accountability covering Global IT, Integration and business transformation, while retaining responsibility for Global Procurement and Supply Chain Management. The company said his mandate includes turning its procurement modernization initiatives into a group-wide operating model intended to support sustainable growth, organizational resilience and operational excellence.

As Chief Procurement Officer, Phulse led the transformation of fragmented, site-based procurement activities into a unified global function. He introduced the ASIMA transformation framework, which stands for Analyse, Strategise, Implement, Monitor and Adapt, alongside global category management, strategic supplier engagement and harmonized procurement processes. Before joining LINDE + WIEMANN, Phulse was Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations at RR Global, where he spent nearly four years overseeing international supply chain operations, manufacturing and business performance. He managed businesses with turnover exceeding $150 million and a team of approximately 200 professionals.
