Posterity Health expanded its reproductive urology network into five new markets, Orange County, Dallas, Las Vegas, Chicago and Wichita, and strengthened its presence in Nashville, the company said on October 27, 2026. The PR Newswire announcement said the partnerships bring the company's network of fellowship-trained specialists to six markets.
Posterity Health's Six-Market Urology Push
Posterity Health is a Denver-based, physician-led male fertility platform founded in 2021 that provides fertility care, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal and hormone management through telehealth, at-home diagnostics and in-person clinics. The new partnerships cover Orange County, California; Dallas, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada; Chicago, Illinois; and Wichita, Kansas, with Nashville, Tennessee, strengthened through a new partnership.
Michael Zucker, FACHE, chief executive officer of Posterity Health, said: "Our continued growth across six markets reflects the momentum behind our strategy to build the nation's leading network of reproductive urology specialists." The company said the partnerships are intended to give patients and fertility centers access to fellowship-trained reproductive urologists who provide comprehensive evaluations, advanced diagnostics, and specialized medical and surgical treatment.
Posterity Health said the expanded network is meant to increase geographic access to fellowship-trained reproductive urologists, bring specialized consultations, diagnostic services and fertility procedures closer to patients' homes, and strengthen collaboration between reproductive endocrinologists, fertility centers and reproductive urologists. The company also cited continued access through its relationships with leading fertility benefit managers.
Dr. Joshua Halpern, chief scientific officer of Posterity Health, said: "Male infertility deserves the same level of specialized care as any other aspect of reproductive health." The company said male factor infertility contributes to approximately half of infertility cases and that access to specialized reproductive urology care remains limited in many parts of the country.
Posterity Health's Funding and Prior Partnerships
Posterity Health closed a $13 million Series A funding round led by Georgetown Equity Partners in February 2025, according to akta.pro company records, with participation from SteelSky Ventures, Scrub Capital and existing investors, to scale national access to male reproductive and hormonal care. The same records list a $6 million seed round led by FCA Venture Partners in May 2024, a $7.5 million seed round led by Distributed Ventures in January 2023, and a $9.7 million seed round led by Distributed Ventures in July 2022.
The company's partnership record includes Legacy in October 2024 for male fertility testing, preservation and reproductive urology services, Ferring Pharmaceuticals in June 2024 for a male fertility program on Ferring's Fertility Out Loud platform, and Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company in June 2023 for care covering male fertility, sexual dysfunction and low testosterone alongside access to affordable medications.
What Posterity Health Says Comes Next
Posterity Health said its goal is to make specialized reproductive urology services an integral part of fertility treatment nationwide. The company said it intends to keep building a scalable, physician-led national network that improves access and strengthens clinical collaboration with fertility centers.
