Key takeaways
- The U.S. Bureau of Land Management approved Relevant Gold's Plan of Operations for 29 drill-pad locations at the Lewiston Project in Fremont County, Wyoming.
- The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality approved the associated Drill Notice for the expanded exploration program.
- Relevant Gold plans a Burr step-out hole about 2 km along strike from the 2024 drill area before the end of the 2026 season.
Relevant Gold Corp. received approvals from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for 29 drill-pad locations at its Lewiston Project in Fremont County, Wyoming. Stock Titan reported the approvals on November 6, 2026.
Relevant Gold's Lewiston Drill Plan
The BLM approved the company's Plan of Operations for expanded exploration drilling at the 100%-owned Lewiston Project, and the Wyoming DEQ approved the associated Drill Notice. The plan covers 29 drill-pad locations along the southern Burr trend and the parallel Sweetwater trend, supporting phased, multi-year exploration.
Relevant Gold now plans additional drill holes at the Sweetwater and Burr targets before the end of the 2026 season, including a step-out hole at Burr approximately 2 kilometres along strike from the 2024 drill area. The Burr hole will target the mapped extension beneath gold-bearing surface occurrences sampled in 2025, with results intended to guide 2027 follow-up.
"We're excited by the opportunity to test whether the mineralization we've identified so far is part of a much more extensive gold system, and these approvals let us put that bigger geological picture to the test right away," said Rob Bergmann, Chief Executive Officer of Relevant Gold.
The 2024 Burr program intersected shear-hosted gold mineralization in all six holes, totaling 1,026 m, over approximately 300 m of strike and to approximately 175 m vertical depth. Highlights included 2.2 g/t gold over 1.5 m core length within 1.4 g/t gold over 2.4 m core length in hole 24HH-4. Reported intervals are core lengths, not established true widths.
Relevant Gold's Recent Financing
According to akta.pro company records, Relevant Gold closed tranche 2 of a non-brokered private placement totaling $12.1 million CAD in April 2026, with Kinross Gold and William Bollinger maintaining 19.9% ownership stakes each. The same records show a $15 million CAD strategic financing in March 2026 at $0.50 per share with participation from Kinross Gold, William Bollinger and Rob McEwen, establishing a post-money valuation of $45 million CAD.
Earlier Lewiston and Wyoming Work
Relevant Gold commenced a fully funded, permitted 5,000-metre oriented diamond drill program at the Lewiston Project in August 2026 to test the extension and depth of gold-bearing structures identified in previous drilling, Yahoo reported. In July 2026, the company completed a 1,912 line-km high-resolution airborne VTEM and magnetic survey at its Bradley Peak Gold Camp in central Wyoming, covering approximately 32,000 acres of prospective Archean geology, according to Stock Titan. That same month, Relevant Gold announced the launch of its fully funded 2026 exploration drill program at Bradley Peak following BLM approval of an expanded five-year Plan of Operations.
What Comes Next at Lewiston
Completion of the planned holes before season-end is subject to weather, safe access, rig availability, drilling progress and permit conditions. The company said 2027 plans also depend on results and funding.
