AvenuesAI's Q2 Growth and Rediff Integration

AvenuesAI, formerly Infibeam Avenues, operates the CCAvenue payment gateway and serves more than 5 million merchants across India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United States, according to company records. For the first half of FY27, consolidated revenue from operations climbed 71% to Rs 5,559.64 crore, while profit after tax grew 24% to Rs 156.47 crore. Operating EBITDA excluding other income stood at Rs 198.90 crore for H1FY27, up 19% year-on-year.

CCAvenue's quarterly payment processing value rose 19% sequentially to about Rs 1.77 lakh crore, while the net take rate moderated to 5.06 basis points amid pricing pressure in payments. Vishwas Patel, MD and CEO of AvenuesAI, said the company is focused on expanding value from merchant and enterprise relationships rather than depending only on transaction fees. "Our strategy is to deepen the relationship with our customers and build a larger ecosystem around them," Patel said. "Payments remain central, but the real opportunity lies in offering complementary services that create recurring value for merchants and enterprises."

AvenuesAI is integrating Rediff into its digital stack, with RediffOne positioned for enterprise communication, commerce and digital services and RediffPay aimed at consumer payments. Rediff.com was founded by Ajit Balakrishnan in 1995, listed on Nasdaq in 2000 and delisted in 2016, India Today reported. Patel said Rediff gives AvenuesAI an opportunity to broaden its digital offerings and create a more connected platform for business and consumer use cases.

AvenuesAI's UAE License and Credit Investments

AvenuesAI's step-down subsidiary Avenues World FZ LLC received in-principle approval from the UAE Central Bank in June 2026 for a Retail Payment Services Category III License, enabling direct payment service provision in the UAE, according to akta.pro company records. In May 2026, the board approved minority investments of 7% in Online PSB Loans and up to 2.5% in Ratnaafin Capital. The company's FY26 gross revenue was Rs 81,158 million, up 103% year-on-year, with adjusted profit after tax of Rs 3,320 million, up 58%.

AvenuesAI's Path From Q1 to Q2

AvenuesAI reported Q1 FY27 operating revenue of Rs 2,680.4 crore, up 109% year-on-year, and profit after tax of Rs 84.8 crore, up 45%, The Tribune reported in August 2026. In the same month, subsidiary PhroneticAI launched PayCentral, an agentic payments platform enabling AI agents to transact directly without human initiation, MediaNama reported. RediffPay, a UPI-based consumer payments app, was moving from closed user group testing to production, with executives saying a launch could come as early as August, MediaNama reported.

AvenuesAI's International Expansion Plans

AvenuesAI's international expansion of CCAvenue covers operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia and the United States, with the US market emerging as a key priority. The company also has a presence in Oman through banking partnerships.
