Alvacomm Brings Autonomous Printing to DropSync 360 for Fresh Produce Orders

Key takeaways

  • Alvacomm introduced autonomous printing inside its DropSync 360 platform for fresh produce orders.
  • The feature prints picking sheets, packing slips, carton labels, pallet labels, delivery dockets and dispatch documents.
  • Alvacomm was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Rock Springs, USA.

Alvacomm has introduced autonomous printing technology within its DropSync 360 platform, letting fresh produce orders automatically generate labels and fulfilment documents across connected growers, suppliers, aggregators and distribution facilities. The international technology company announced the capability on October 30, 2026, according to EIN Presswire.

How DropSync 360 Handles Produce Orders

Alvacomm said the technology links incoming orders to printing at the sites that supply and distribute the produce. An order from a wholesale buyer, an independent retailer or a supermarket group buying through an aggregator is routed to the relevant printing requirements at participating facilities. When several growers contribute to one order, each can automatically receive its own labels and documents regardless of location.

The platform produces picking sheets, packing slips, carton labels, pallet labels, delivery dockets and dispatch documentation. Printed items can carry product descriptions, quantities, grower identification, harvest batch references and destination information. Alvacomm said the printing extends beyond a single business or facility, so an aggregator or distribution centre can generate the documents tied to its own responsibilities.

Alvacomm said the capability covers metropolitan, regional and remote locations and connects facilities in different growing districts, states and countries. The company said official export certification, customs approvals and regulatory authorisations remain separate from these commercial printing functions. Sarah Johnson of Alvacomm is listed as the contact on the announcement.

Alvacomm's Earlier Platform Launches

Alvacomm extended DropSync 360 to the US marine supply chain in February 2026, according to akta.pro company records. The same records list a February 2026 launch of Zema Trust, a settlement governance platform with deterministic lifecycle verification for digital entitlements, and a March 2026 launch of TBC One, a platform for family lawyers that combines public education resources with access to specialist cyber investigation services.
