Erin Cahalan Hayes, Chief Operating Officer of OneHealth Plus, has joined the Exceptional Women Alliance, an invitation-only peer mentorship organization for high-level women executives. PR Newswire announced the addition on October 27, 2026.

Hayes's Role at OneHealth Plus

Hayes oversees operational strategy and execution at OneHealth, partnering with executive leadership on organizational priorities and sustainable growth. As a member of the executive leadership team, she has helped support more than 500% year-over-year growth and a sixfold expansion of the company's internal team, according to the announcement. She has also contributed to strengthening operational infrastructure, technology, processes and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Earlier at OneHealth Plus, Hayes served as Director of Partnerships, building channel collaborations with brokers, associations and PEOs to expand nationwide PPO coverage to underserved small business markets. Across her career, her strategic management and consulting work has supported initiatives generating more than $1 billion in enterprise value, the announcement said. She has founded two companies and serves on the Advisory Board of the Health and Voluntary Benefits Association, where she leads the Young Professionals Committee. She graduated from Texas Christian University and mentors undergraduates through its Neeley School of Business.
