Chemkart India Limited invested ₹97.90 lakh in its wholly owned subsidiary Easy Raw Materials Private Limited through a rights issue at ₹53.50 per share, the company said in a ScanX report on October 27, 2026. The capital is earmarked for commissioning the subsidiary's manufacturing unit.

Chemkart's Rights Issue Terms For Easy Raw Materials

The investment involved allotting 1,83,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each at an issue price of ₹53.50 per share, according to the report. Chemkart made the investment on October 27, 2026, and disclosed it to BSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Chemkart said the infusion is a further step toward using proceeds from its IPO prospectus dated July 10, 2025 for the subsidiary's operational setup. Easy Raw Materials, incorporated in 2020, trades pharma products and nutritional supplements. As of March 31, 2026, the subsidiary reported nil turnover and a loss after tax of ₹59.47 lakh, with net worth of ₹578.60 lakh before the new capital. Paid-up capital now stands at ₹9.99 crore post-allotment, and Chemkart holds 100% of the subsidiary after the allotment.

Because Easy Raw Materials is a wholly owned subsidiary, the transaction qualifies as a related party transaction but is conducted at arm's length, the company said. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the investment.
