JSC Ingenium presented a cloud-native 5G Standalone core and BSS platform to US independent ISPs at WISPAPALOOZA 2026, held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, according to Business & Financial. The company said the platform lets CBRS license holders launch mobile and fixed wireless access services without the budget or complexity of a Tier-1 deployment.
Inside the JSC Ingenium Platform Pitch
JSC Ingenium combines a 5G Standalone core network and BSS in a single cloud-native architecture, with no separate integration layer between them. The company said the design is intended for US ISPs holding CBRS spectrum who want to extend into mobile and FWA services without taking on a Tier-1 integration project or capital commitment.
The platform's capacity model is structured so technology costs scale with actual revenue generation, which the company said reduces the front-loaded capital commitment regional operators cannot sustain. JSC Ingenium also said the architecture is engineered to operate without large dedicated maintenance teams, keeping operational costs proportional to network scale.
During the four-day event, the company's commercial and engineering teams held technical meetings with regional operators at Booth 331 to discuss architecture, deployment timelines and total cost of ownership. "WISPs don't need us to sell them technology; they need a partner to help them grow," said Freddy Lara, Americas Sales Director of JSC Ingenium.
Juan Carlos Buitrago, Chief Sales Officer, said the company's international experience includes deployments in nearly twenty countries and more than 700 brands on its platform. "We are large enough to provide real technical support, yet agile enough not to impose our model on the customer; instead, we develop it together," Buitrago said.
JSC Ingenium's Operator Track Record
According to akta.pro company records, JSC Ingenium acted as technology partner in May 2026 to launch Orizon, operated by Volton Hellenic Energy, as Greece's fourth mobile operator using a fully autonomous core and BSS deployment. The same records list a strategic partnership with AxyomCore in April 2026 to deliver an integrated cloud-native 4G/5G IMS solution for VoWi-Fi services, with AxyomCore contributing cloud-native wireless core and radio access network solutions while JSC Ingenium provides its IMS platform.
The records also show JSC Ingenium joined NTCA, the Rural Broadband Association, in June 2025 to strengthen its presence in the American market, particularly for rural broadband operators seeking to add mobile services. The company serves more than 100 operators worldwide, and more than 45% of its technical resources are dedicated to R&D, with current focus on 5G core network development.
Where JSC Ingenium Goes Next
JSC Ingenium was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Madrid, according to akta.pro company records. Its platform is described on its company website as covering 3G, 4G and 5G core network technologies combined with business support systems.
