Guild and Cordoba Join Yamaha's India Lineup

Yamaha Music India is introducing Guild, described as an American guitar brand known for acoustic and electric guitars, and Cordoba, a brand specialising in nylon-string and classical guitars rooted in Spanish craftsmanship. The festive line-up is aimed at performers, learners, creators, educators and music enthusiasts.

The CK76 Stage Keyboard expands the CK Series with a 76-key configuration and a built-in speaker. Yamaha lists acoustic piano sounds, electric pianos, Clavi and FM tones, an organ section with nine drawbar controls, synth pads, leads, basses, brass and strings, four-zone MIDI Master functionality, Live Set memory, battery power, wireless Bluetooth audio input and USB audio/MIDI connectivity. The company positions the CK Series for gigging musicians, music educators, students, home-studio users, producers, content creators and livestreamers.

The YUS5 Upright Piano is crafted in Kakegawa, Japan, and features hand-wound European bass strings, concert-quality hammer felt, Ivorite white key surfaces, an inclined music desk and soft, sostenuto and damper pedals. The DU1 ENST Hybrid Upright Piano combines acoustic piano performance with self-playing and recording functions, Yamaha SILENT Piano technology, 500 built-in songs and wireless connectivity through the ENSPIRE Controller App. Both pianos are available in Polished Ebony at ₹14,99,990 and in Polished White and Satin American Walnut at ₹16,99,990 each.

The South Indian Movie Voice & Style Expansion Pack adds 82 Indian Voices, including Sitar, Veena, Nadaswaram, Mridangam, Bansuri, Harmonium, Indian Violin and Sarangi, plus 15 South Indian Styles and 8 Tanpura Multi Pads. It is a free download for the PSR-SX920 and PSR-SX720+ through Yamaha's India platform, developed for wedding performers, hobbyists, church musicians, stage performers and cover-song creators. Yamaha also expanded colour options across selected CX Series grand pianos and U Series upright pianos to Polished Ebony, Polished White, Satin American Walnut and Polished Mahogany.
