Before joining Siddharth Grease & Lubes, Madan worked as an independent human resources consultant from October 2022 to October 2026, advising organisations on talent strategy, HR process improvement, organisational development and scalable people structures. Earlier, he served as Head of Human Resources – India Group at WIKA Group from April 2019 to October 2022, overseeing people management across four Indian subsidiaries. At WIKA he restructured three entities into one, digitised HR processes and introduced a performance-based appraisal mechanism.

Madan spent over four years at Mahindra & Mahindra in HR business partnering roles. From January 2017 to April 2019 he supported three manufacturing plants within the Swaraj Division, and he also served as an HR business partner at Mahindra's integrated tractor manufacturing plant in Nagpur, supporting more than 1,000 trainees across engine and transmission operations. Before Mahindra, he worked for four years at Ericsson India as Manager – HR and spent over seven years at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India. He began his career as Executive – HR at TCI Group in September 2002 and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity University.
