Welterman International Posts ₹7.61 Lakh Q2 Net Loss With Zero Revenue From Operations

Welterman International Limited reported a standalone net loss of ₹7.61 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, compared with a loss of ₹15.82 lakh in the same quarter a year earlier, according to ScanX. The company recorded no revenue from operations for the quarter. Welterman International is a listed company that disclosed no active business operations during the period.

Welterman's Quarter With No Operating Revenue

Total income for the quarter was ₹4.83 lakh, all of it from other sources, while total expenses came to ₹12.64 lakh. The company said there were no active business operations during the period. Other expenses fell to ₹9.33 lakh from ₹17.11 lakh a year earlier, and employee benefit costs were ₹2.77 lakh.

For the half-year ended September 30, 2026, Welterman posted a net loss of ₹9.94 lakh against ₹17.03 lakh in the first half of the previous year. Other income for the half-year was ₹10.17 lakh, unchanged from a year earlier, and total expenses were ₹20.31 lakh against ₹27.20 lakh.

Cash and cash equivalents declined to ₹12.06 lakh as on September 30, 2026, from ₹16.28 lakh as on March 31, 2026. Trade receivables increased to ₹50.40 lakh from ₹39.42 lakh over the same period. Non-current borrowings stood at ₹731.72 lakh and current trade payables at ₹440.76 lakh, while accumulated losses left negative other equity of ₹1,741.82 lakh.

Cash outflows from operating activities amounted to ₹13.79 lakh for the half-year, partly offset by new long-term borrowings of ₹9.57 lakh. Profit before tax for the quarter was a loss of ₹7.81 lakh, against ₹15.82 lakh a year earlier.

Welterman's Annual General Meeting Date

Welterman scheduled its 34th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, to be held through video conferencing or other audio visual means starting at 11:30 am IST, according to ScanX. The board approved the notice of the meeting and the board's report for FY26 at a meeting on August 25, 2026. Devesh Pathak, proprietor of M/s. Devesh Pathak & Associates, was appointed scrutinizer for the voting process, and Rucha Pathak, company secretary, certified the outcome of the board meeting.
