Reveille Resources' ordinary shares have been approved for trading on the OTCID Basic Market in the United States under the ticker RVREF, with trading expected to begin on November 6, 2026 at market open, Investegate reported. The uranium explorer's shares of 1 pence each continue to trade on Aquis under REV, and no new shares were issued for the OTCID quotation.

Reveille's OTCID Quotation and Its Uranium Projects

OTC Markets Group Inc. Operates OTCID, a disclosure-based quotation market that the US Securities and Exchange Commission recognises as an established public market. Reveille said the quotation should make its shares easier for North American investors to find and trade through participating US brokers. The company also said it expects the listing to raise awareness of its Italian uranium projects as it evaluates opportunities in other Western-aligned jurisdictions, potentially including North America.

Reveille cited OTC Markets Group's Q3 2026 trading update, which counted more than 12,300 securities actively traded across its markets during the quarter, with total trading volume of US$203.5 billion. OTC Markets Group announced the agenda for its third annual Global Markets Forum on October 7-8, 2026, in partnership with Aquis, BME, CSE and SIX, according to Yahoo.

Through its Italian subsidiary, Futuro Energetico Italiano S.r.l, Reveille has submitted exploration-licence applications for the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium projects in northern Italy, each subject to the applicable environmental-assessment process. The projects were historically explored and developed by AGIP Nucleare S.p.A. And its operating subsidiary, SOMIREN, both part of the ENI group, during Italy's national nuclear programme between 1959 and 1983. That work included more than 87,000 metres of historical drilling and approximately 17 kilometres of underground development.

Warrant Exercise and Stake Building Before the Listing

On October 23, 2026, Reveille received notice for the exercise of warrants for 300,000 new ordinary shares at 10p each, raising £30,000, with admission to trading on the Aquis Growth Market expected on or around October 29, 2026 and total issued capital reaching 80,200,000 shares, TradingView reported.

Ajax Resources increased its stake in Reveille by acquiring 2 million shares and 2 million warrants for £102,500, raising its holding to 14 million shares, or 17.52% of issued capital, Investegate reported on October 6, 2026.

Reveille was admitted to the Aquis Growth Market in July 2026 after raising £2 million, with its primary focus on uranium exploration at the Lombardy project in northern Italy, covering the Novazza and Val Vedello deposits containing an estimated 15.8 million pounds of U3O8 combined, UK Investor Magazine reported.

Reveille's Application and Environmental Review

Reveille applied for admission of its ordinary shares to OTCID in the US, with the final review complete and admission expected within ten business days, TradingView reported on October 28, 2026. On July 19, 2026, UK Investor Magazine reported that Reveille had submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment for the Val Vedello uranium prospect in Lombardy, with a review expected within nine months.
