Canadian biotechnology company InnuScience and Thai partner Peerapat Technology plan to start local bottling of InnuScience cleaning solutions in Thailand in January 2027, PRLog reported. Until now, InnuScience products sold in Thailand were shipped from Canada as finished goods.
How the Peerapat Bottling Arrangement Works
Under the new arrangement, Peerapat Technology will receive the products in bulk, fill them into its own bottles and apply Thai-language labels. Lower transport costs and the terms of the new agreement have allowed Peerapat to lower its InnuScience price list in Thailand ahead of the transition.
The milestone follows reciprocal visits between the two companies in 2026. In February, InnuScience CEO Mathieu Lavigne and Marketing Director Dominic Coupal travelled to Thailand for their first in-person meeting with Peerapat. The team toured Peerapat's factory, one of its showrooms and customer facilities, and explored how InnuScience's biotechnology expertise could better support Peerapat's customers.
"Understanding the realities of each market is essential to building successful partnerships," Lavigne said.
In July, a Peerapat delegation visited InnuScience's headquarters in Sainte-Julie, Québec. Working sessions with InnuScience's production and quality control teams focused on preparing local bottling, and the delegation took part in product training with InnuScience's sales team.
"Our collaboration with InnuScience brings together their expertise in biotechnology and our understanding of the Thai market," said Rungtip Mimaenwit, CEO of Peerapat. "Working directly with their technical and commercial teams is an important part of preparing for local bottling and developing an offering that meets the needs of our customers."
Customers in Thailand can contact Peerapat for product information through the company's website.
