Drone Volt has established a bond financing facility of up to €6 million through ordinary bonds with the Multi Strategies SICAV-RAIF fund, the company said in a FinancialContent Business Page release. An initial tranche of €300,000 was subscribed on November 5, 2026, alongside the signing of the issuance and subscription agreement.
Drone Volt's Bond Terms And Repayment
Each ordinary bond has a face value of €10,000 and matures 24 months after its issue date. Principal is amortized in fifty-two equal installments paid every two weeks from the issue date, and the bonds carry annual interest of 8%, payable with each principal repayment. Subscriptions run from October 30, 2026, through October 29, 2027. A moratorium on principal and interest payments applies until December 10, 2026, with unpaid installments spread over the remaining schedule and interest capitalized.
Drone Volt will repay principal and interest in cash. Under the agreement, a default event, including a missed scheduled payment, makes the outstanding principal immediately due. The fund would then hold the right to require a capital increase in which it is the sole subscriber, by set-off against its claim, at a subscription price equal to the weighted average of the stock price on Euronext Growth Paris over three trading sessions chosen from the last twenty trading days before the fund's default notification, subject to a 15% discount.
Marc Courcelle, CEO of Drone Volt, said: "We are very pleased to have secured this significant financing for our shareholders. As we are experiencing significant growth in our high-margin businesses and strong commercial activity, we have chosen to strengthen the financing of our operating cycle. We now have sufficient financial flexibility to confidently meet the strong growth in demand for our solutions and services."
