Nucleus Software to Deploy FinnOne Neo 9.0 for Shinhan Finance in Vietnam

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has won a contract with Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited to deploy its FinnOne Neo 9.0 lending platform in Vietnam, ScanX reported on November 4, 2026. The implementation covers customer acquisition, loan management and collections modules.

What the Shinhan Finance Deployment Covers

Nucleus Software is an Indian enterprise software firm that provides AI-powered digital lending and transaction banking platforms to banks and financial institutions. The FinnOne Neo 9.0 deployment is intended to support Shinhan Finance's growth in personal finance, vehicle finance, consumer loans and credit cards.

Shinhan Finance selected the platform after an extensive evaluation and proof-of-concept process, according to ScanX. The report said functional fit, local presence and on-ground support were key factors. Shinhan DS Vietnam will serve as the system integration partner.

Chun Young Ill, General Director at Shinhan Finance, said the investment addresses evolving customer expectations for simpler and faster financing. Parag Bhise, CEO and Executive Director at Nucleus Software, said the integrated foundation across origination, servicing and collections will enable greater automation and future-ready growth for Shinhan Finance.

Nucleus Software incorporated Nucleus Software Vietnam Company Limited in February 2026. The wholly owned subsidiary, based in Hanoi, is intended to enhance local delivery, implementation and support capabilities. Vietnam is Nucleus Software's largest market in Southeast Asia, where it has operated since its first implementation in 2012.

Nucleus Software's Customer Base and Revenue

According to akta.pro company records, Nucleus Software serves more than 200 financial institutions across more than 50 countries. The same records put its annual revenue for FY 2025-26 at Rs. 876.03 Crores on a consolidated basis, with profit after tax of Rs. 116.74 Crores.
