JINTEX Group has launched JINFIX PA-5408, a bisphenol-free fixing agent for nylon and its blends dyed with acid and metal-complex dyes, B2B Marketplace reported on November 4, 2026. The product is independently verified as bisphenol-free through third-party laboratory testing and is designed for nylon after-treatment applications.

JINFIX PA-5408 Targets Nylon After-Treatment

JINTEX Group said JINFIX PA-5408 offers improved wet fastness, shade stability, hydrophilicity and reduced fixing-spot formation. The fixing agent is designed for polyamide substrates dyed with acid and metal-complex dyes, with broad applicability across a range of acid-dye systems and polyamide blends. The company said the product helps preserve the quality and handle of finished textiles.

The launch comes as bisphenols, including bisphenol A (BPA), bisphenol S (BPS) and bisphenol F (BPF), receive increased attention from global brands, chemical-management programmes, regulatory bodies and restricted-substance initiatives. JINTEX said the product supports textile processors in meeting evolving quality and chemical compliance standards.

"The textile industry is evolving rapidly, with growing emphasis on both performance and chemical transparency," said Dr Joshua Lai, R&D Scientist at JINTEX. "With JINFIX PA-5408, we have combined our expertise in fixation technology with a commitment to responsible chemistry, providing textile processors with a solution designed to support colour durability, process consistency, and changing market requirements."

JINTEX said the introduction strengthens its portfolio of nylon-fixation solutions. The company develops products through collaboration with textile manufacturers and global brands, according to the announcement.

JINTEX's Product Range and Partnerships

The same records list more than 800 product items, six production bases worldwide and a partnership with Switzerland's Beyond Surface Technologies to launch the miDori series of environmentally friendly biomass additives.

The records also note that JINTEX secured a U.S. patent from the United States Patent Office in 2026 for high-bio-based, fluorine-free water repellents technology. In December 2025, a management buyout transaction saw BDA Partners advise CDIB Capital on the sale of its stake to JINTEX's management team, transitioning the company to management ownership under undisclosed terms.

JINTEX's product information is available through its own website.
