ManpowerGroup was named one of TIME Asia-Pacific's Best Employers for 2027, the company announced on November 4, 2026. The ranking rests on an independent survey of more than 80,000 full-time and part-time employees across the region, TradingView reported. ManpowerGroup is a Milwaukee-based workforce solutions company, founded in 1948, that supplies contingent staffing, IT and AI talent resourcing and managed workforce services through its Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions brands.

How the TIME Asia-Pacific Ranking Was Built

TIME and Statista released Asia-Pacific's Best Employers 2027, ranking the top 500 companies on employee recommendations, according to TIME's methodology article. The survey of more than 80,000 employees combined direct and indirect scores, with direct recommendations weighted higher. The ranking is intended to set a benchmark for employers across the region.

The ManpowerGroup survey covered Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR (China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau SAR (China), Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan (China), Thailand and Vietnam. Employees assessed their own employers, including their willingness to recommend the workplace to friends and family. Friends and family of employees, along with industry peers familiar with the company, supplied additional assessments.

"This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences of our people across the region," said François Lançon, Regional President, Asia Pacific and Middle East, ManpowerGroup. Carine Rolland, People & Culture Director for the same region, said the company's Standards of Clarity, Care and Growth guide how it supports employees.

ManpowerGroup's Scale Behind the Recognition

ManpowerGroup reported full-year 2025 revenues of $18.0 billion, a 2.1% decline in constant currency, with operating profit of $150.1 million, according to akta.pro company records. The same records put first-quarter 2026 revenue at $4.51 billion, up 10% year-over-year, and describe operations across more than 75 countries and territories. The company refreshed the Experis brand in May 2026 around a "Human Ingenuity" theme, repositioning the unit from an IT staffing provider to a technology services leader anchored on AI talent.

ManpowerGroup's Run-Up to the Ranking

ManpowerGroup reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $4.84 billion, up 4.4% year-over-year, with net income of $34.1 million and diluted EPS of $0.71, TradingView reported on October 30, 2026. On October 28, 2026, TradingView reported that the company elected Lidia Fonseca, former Pfizer EVP and Chief Digital and Technology Officer, to its Board of Directors effective November 1, 2026. TradingView reported on October 15, 2026, that Becky Frankiewicz will become CEO effective January 1, 2027, succeeding Jonas Prising, who will transition to Executive Chair.

ManpowerGroup's Next Scheduled Appearance
