Coremail and Ingram Micro jointly hosted the Synergy & Innovation: 2026 Coremail & Ingram Micro HK Partner Exchange in Hong Kong on October 28, 2026, bringing together business partners and prospective customers to explore Coremail's AI-powered email products and enterprise email security solutions. PR Newswire APAC said the closed-door event covered opportunities across Hong Kong and Macau.
Coremail AI and CACTER at the Hong Kong Exchange
Joseph Zhou, Coremail's Chief Customer Representative in Hong Kong, opened the presentations with an overview of the company's background, technological expertise, global presence and product strategy. Coremail was founded in 1999 and serves over 20,000 organisations and more than one billion end users worldwide, according to the company.
Sean Huang, Senior Director of Overseas Products at Coremail, introduced Coremail AI and demonstrated how AI Agent technology can be integrated into enterprise email to improve information processing and everyday productivity. The Coremail AI-Native Secure Email System uses a multi-Agent collaborative architecture covering six core scenarios: email categorisation, calendar scheduling, email approvals, email productivity, email analytics and system administration. The company said the system can autonomously coordinate meetings, conduct in-depth searches across complex email conversations, and perform intelligent email analysis and categorisation.
Coremail brings AI capabilities to four core modules: email, calendar, contacts and user management. Through the Model Context Protocol, the system connects email with enterprise business applications, and it supports a CLI-driven model for direct interaction with email system functions across five user-level scenarios: email, calendar, contacts, users and account management. Coremail also supports multiple large language models and flexible deployment options.
A second focus was CACTER, Coremail's independent email security brand. Its AI-native portfolio includes the CACTER AI-Native Secure Email Gateway, Email Data Leak Prevention and Secure Email Relay. Built on the proprietary Nerves 2.0 neural network platform, the gateway integrates an anti-phishing Agent, large language model-based semantic understanding and multimodal detection capabilities, and is designed to identify AI-generated phishing emails, malicious content in encrypted attachments and spoofed links, with a reported spam detection accuracy of up to 99.8%. Coremail also introduced its Email Archive and Email Delivery system for regulatory compliance, email management and high-volume message delivery.
Ingram Micro reported fiscal Q3 2026 net sales of $15.2 billion, up 20.8% year-over-year, with net income of $131.1 million, according to Stock Titan. Coremail and Ingram Micro will continue their collaboration by providing partners with support across solution design, technical consultation, system deployment and data migration in Hong Kong and Macau.
Coremail's Partner Support Plans
Coremail said it will continue integrating AI into its enterprise email and security solutions while strengthening its partner ecosystem for businesses across Hong Kong, Macau and beyond. The company directed readers to its news page for more information.
