Barron N. Hilton and Tessa Hilton, former co-CEOs of Hilton Hilton who moved to Compass in September 2025, have joined The Beverly Hills Estates, bringing roughly $200 million in inventory. Yahoo reported the move, citing The Real Deal.
The Hilton Group's Move to Beverly Hills Estates
The West Hollywood brokerage, led by CEO Rayni Williams and President Branden Williams, confirmed the addition of the Hilton Group. Barron Hilton said, "Tessa and I couldn't be more excited. We have the most respect for Branden and Rayni and what they built. We just felt like this was the proper time to come on over."
The move returns the Hiltons to a boutique setting where all four worked together in 2020 at Hilton & Hyland, the brokerage Rick Hilton founded with Jeff Hyland. Tessa Hilton said the priority was "to be able to go back to the boutique [brokerage segment] — thoughtful representation, close relationships and a strategy that feels very specific to each property."
The inventory includes 1305 Collingwood Place in the Bird Streets, which is set for auction, plus properties in Malibu, Santa Barbara and Mulholland Estates. The Hiltons are expected to keep their Florida license with Compass, while their California licenses had not moved to The Beverly Hills Estates as of Tuesday afternoon, according to Department of Real Estate records.
Compass's Agent Network and Recent Deals
Compass operates an agent network of more than 340,000 across its affiliated brokerages, according to akta.pro company records. The same records show Compass reported $2.70 billion in Q1 2026 revenue following its January 2026 acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate, and holds an 18% market share as the largest U.S. residential brokerage.
Compass's Recent Leadership and Legal News
Compass President Neda Navab raised minimum production requirements for new agents by 30% and appointed Felipe Hernandez as chief marketing officer, HousingWire reported in October 2026. That same month, Compass filed a federal suit in Los Angeles against California's CRMLS over rules requiring agents to list homes within one business day or face fines, Bloomberg reported. In August, The Beverly Hills Estates brought on Tomer Fridman's The Fridman Group, a 14-person team, from Aaron Kirman's Christie's International Real Estate Southern California.
Hilton Group's Recent Sales
Last month, the Hiltons represented the seller in the auction of 2937 Padaro Lane in Carpinteria, a 4.2-acre property that sold for $21.3 million, or $8,460 per square foot. In 2025, they represented Paris Hilton and Carter Reum in their $63.1 million purchase of 71 Beverly Park.
