Arrowpoint Investment Partners has partnered with Arcesium to run its Asia-focused multi-strategy platform on Arcesium's Opterra investment lifecycle management platform, the firm announced. Arrowpoint, headquartered in Singapore, manages $2 billion in funds and oversees 24 portfolio managers across Asia and the Middle East. Business Wire published the announcement.

How Arrowpoint Will Use Arcesium's Opterra

Arrowpoint Investment Partners is using Opterra, a front-to-back investment lifecycle management platform, together with Arcesium's industry expertise and managed services. The firm said the setup lets it onboard new managers quickly and run strategies across multiple asset classes as the platform grows. Arrowpoint was founded in 2024 by a former Millennium Asia co-CEO and has offices in Hong Kong and Dubai.

Woon Young Jeong, Arrowpoint's Chief Operating Officer, said: "Using Arcesium's technology and operational platform enables us to achieve efficient and scalable growth through our Asia-focused strategy." Jeong added that Arcesium's work with large multi-strategy firms, its managed services' global coverage and its technology made it the right partner.

Arcesium opened a Hong Kong office earlier this year. Chris Barrow, Head of Revenue for EMEA and APAC at Arcesium, said: "We are delighted to partner with Arrowpoint as one of the most sophisticated and high-profile launches we've seen in Asia." Arcesium integrated MarketAxess CP+ and TraX data into its Aquata and Opterra platforms, enabling fixed income workflows for hedge funds and asset managers, Stock Titan reported on October 7, 2026.

Arrowpoint's Dubai Expansion Plans

According to akta.pro company records, Arrowpoint signed 10 additional investment teams to join its existing 20, bringing total investment teams to 30 as part of a strategy to grow capital toward US$2.5–3 billion in the second half of 2026. The same records show a planned move in 2027 to expand its Dubai (DIFC) office from 15 to 30 employees and relocate to triple the existing office space by mid-2027.

Arrowpoint's Earlier Hires From UBS O'Connor

In August 2026, Arrowpoint hired John Bradshaw, regional head at UBS's former O'Connor platform, along with the China long-short investment team led by Tan Jia, Hedgeweek reported. Financial Post reported the same month that Arrowpoint was hiring the regional head and China investing team from UBS Group AG's former O'Connor hedge fund unit to expand its assets and staff.

Arcesium's Revenue Leadership Appointment

Arcesium appointed Brian Rosenberg as President, Revenue and Commercial, joining its Executive Committee to lead client and partner development and go-to-market strategy, Globalfintechseries reported on September 10, 2026.
