Theta Lake Integrates Falcon Guardian to Route AI Incidents Beyond the SOC

Theta Lake announced an integration with CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian at Fal.Con Europe 2026, extending CrowdStrike's AI Detection and Response intelligence into Theta Lake's governance workflows. Business Wire carried the announcement. The integration is available to select customers and is expected to reach all customers beginning November 7, 2026.

How the Falcon Guardian Integration Works

The integration builds on Theta Lake's existing connection to Falcon Next-Gen SIEM. It ingests Falcon Guardian detections into Theta Lake's AI interaction governance capabilities so organizations can investigate AI incidents and coordinate response across security, legal, HR and compliance teams.

Theta Lake said the integration routes non-security incidents to legal, HR, AI governance and compliance teams with an audit trail of review actions and decisions. It applies selective retention policies to AI communications based on source, type, user or identity, and detection, to support legal hold and compliance requirements. It also normalizes AI interactions across AI tools and guardrail output types for investigators.

Investigations combine Falcon Guardian and Falcon Next-Gen SIEM output with AI interaction data from Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and other platforms into chronological timelines. The integration summarizes AI interactions, including Guardian classifications and agent tool calls, within the review workspace and record, and uses Theta Lake's existing integration with Charlotte Agentic SOAR to automate workflow actions such as creating or closing cases.

CrowdStrike expanded Falcon Adversary OverWatch threat hunting on October 30, 2026 to include 24/7 managed hunting for AI applications and autonomous agent activity, according to CrowdStrike.

Theta Lake's Governance Record

According to akta.pro company records, Theta Lake secured ISO/IEC 42001 AI management system certification in 2026 and launched AI advancements across AI Trust, AI Interaction Governance and AI Programs, extending its platform to governance of generative AI assistants such as Copilot and Anthropic-powered agents. The same records list a 2025 partnership with Relativity integrating its capture and governance pipeline with Relativity's eDiscovery and legal-hold platform, and a certified direct integration with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot for compliant capture, supervision, archiving and AI risk detection across Microsoft 365 collaboration surfaces.

Earlier Theta Lake Integrations

Theta Lake announced an integration with CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM in August 2026, allowing AI interaction governance telemetry to flow into the platform so security teams could correlate AI activity with endpoint, identity and cloud signals, FinancialContent Business Page reported. In October 2026, Seismic introduced Seismic Compliance and enhanced Seismic Social alongside a Theta Lake partnership at Seismic Shift 2026 to help financial institutions expand digital engagement with regulatory oversight, citybiz reported.
