CBT Nuggets launched IT Trainerbot, an AI tool that answers IT engineers' questions with responses backed by CBT Nuggets trainers and cites the training video behind each answer, the company said in a PRLog announcement. The tool is included with every CBT Nuggets Teams seat and is free with no purchase required.
How IT Trainerbot Answers IT Questions
When an engineer asks a question, IT Trainerbot returns a direct answer drawn from training built by CBT Nuggets trainers, according to the company. Each answer cites the training video it came from and points to a course for going deeper. The company said general AI tools answer from the open internet, often with no way to check where an answer came from, while IT Trainerbot's answers let engineers check the source and watch the full explanation.
IT Trainerbot is available now on the CBT Nuggets platform and in the CBT Nuggets app for Android and iOS. Team usage reporting gives IT leaders visibility into how their team uses the tool. CBT Nuggets also introduced Internal Training, included with CBT Nuggets Teams, which places an organization's internal company documentation where its team already learns and turns it into structured courses with knowledge checks and completion records that can be exported.

CBT Nuggets' Recent Course Releases
According to akta.pro company records, CBT Nuggets released a cluster of certification courses in June 2026 covering Windows Server Administration, CCNP Security Core, Cisco Data Center Infrastructure for AI workloads, PCED Python Data Analyst, and Introduction to Machine Learning and AI Engineering.
