Inside PRG Projects' Marchmont Street Studio
Project Studio is at 84 Marchmont Street, London WC1N 1AG, and is now open. PRG Projects said the space is not a design studio but a dedicated environment where creative teams work directly with its specialists to explore new technologies, address technical challenges and develop production solutions.
Teams using the studio have direct access to PRG Projects' expertise across concept development, budgeting, sourcing, engineering, integration, implementation, sustainability and project management. The company said the space builds on 25 years of developing and manufacturing custom audiovisual technology and integrating it with stage elements for major live productions.
Frederic Opsomer, Managing Director of PRG Projects, said: "Some of the most exciting ideas in live entertainment begin with a creative vision that doesn't yet have a technical solution." He added that a London presence scales "what PRG Projects does best: having the entrepreneurship to say yes to bold ideas, impacting the experience of millions of concertgoers worldwide." Kahren Williams, Commercial Manager for PRG Projects, is based at the location.
PRG's Production Record Behind the Studio
PRG is a privately held, US-headquartered production services company founded in 1995 and based in New Windsor, according to akta.pro company records. The same records describe it as a provider of lighting, video, audio, rigging, automation and scenic technology, plus crew and proprietary fixtures, to concert tours, broadcast awards, Broadway, film, immersive experiences and corporate events in 17+ countries.
The records list more than 100,000 SKUs of entertainment technology in PRG's inventory and 15 member companies worldwide in the PRG Alliance network. PRG Projects' work cited in the announcement includes custom-engineered inflatable LED spheres for Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour, an eight-meter modular LED sphere for Eric Prydz's Holosphere 2.0, the lightweight carbon-fiber SPACEFRAME system for U2's The Joshua Tree Tour, and the INFINIFORM modular scenic platform used on tours for Post Malone, The 1975 and Tate McRae.
Earlier PRG Appointments and Youth Program
In August 2026, Digital Music News reported that Jennifer Caserta and Joe Simon were joining PRG as part of a roundup of music industry hires and promotions. In July 2026, EIN Presswire reported that AEG, Goldenvoice and PRG joined White Hall Arts Academy for its fourth Music Creators Camp, a free two-week program for nearly 50 youth ages 9 to 17 that culminated in a youth concert festival on July 25.
PRG's own announcement of the studio names the Marchmont Street address as the location now open to creative teams.
