CCL Plant Machinery and Trial Run Schedule

Machinery installation and the establishment of supporting utilities are the main remaining activities before trial operations can begin at the CCL plant. Machinery delivery is expected by mid-November 2026, a schedule the company said has slipped slightly because of port connectivity constraints and a shortage of shipping containers amid global uncertainty.

After the machinery arrives, the company plans to complete installation and set up the required utilities. Trial runs are expected to commence by December 20, 2026, with a trial period of about one month focused on equipment performance and operational readiness.

Ratnaveer's Rights Issue and CCL Approvals

According to akta.pro company records, the board approved raising up to Rs 330 crore through a rights issue of equity shares of Rs 10 face value to fund future growth plans. The records also show that the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology approved the company's application under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme to establish a fully integrated Copper Clad Laminates manufacturing facility, with an approval letter received from Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on March 30, 2026.

Earlier CCL Milestones at Ratnaveer
