Home Helpers Adds 15 Locations Across Eight States
Home Helpers Home Care is a franchisor of non-medical in-home care services, licensing its Cared-4 holistic care program to independently owned franchise agencies that serve seniors and other adults needing assistance. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Blue Ash, Ohio.
Third-quarter momentum brought new locations and expansions to Providence, Knightdale, Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina; Yukon, Oklahoma; Muncie, Indiana; western Connecticut; and Asbury Park, New Jersey. Existing franchisees were among those expanding into new markets.
"Reaching 400 franchise territories is a meaningful milestone because each represents an opportunity to help more families access care in their communities," said Emma Dickison, CEO and president of Home Helpers. "Our franchisees are driving that growth through their commitment to clients and caregivers, and we're focused on giving them the support they need to build strong businesses and deliver compassionate care."
The company promoted longtime franchise development leader Bobby Kelley to chief development officer. Kelley will oversee continued expansion and franchise growth. Home Helpers also expanded its partnership with Aloe Care Health, which powers its Direct Link 24-hour monitoring services and medical alert system. The technology features conversational wellness calls, medication reminders, fall and bed sensors and automated safety monitoring.
"Technology should strengthen the human connection at the heart of home care, not replace it," Dickison said. "Our expanded Aloe Care Health partnership gives franchisees additional tools to stay connected with clients between visits and identify concerns that may need attention."
