Transcosmos announced a partnership with Metaverse Creators Inc. To distribute VRChat 3D content globally through Geek Jack, its cross-border e-commerce platform for entertainment products. The Tokyo-based company said avatars, outfits, hairstyles and accessories planned, produced and sold by Metaverse Creators will be gradually introduced on the platform. PR Newswire published the announcement on October 28, 2026.

How the Geek Jack Partnership Works

Metaverse Creators, led by CEO Kazuo Wakamiya, plans, produces and sells VRChat avatars, outfits and other virtual items with creators in the metaverse space. Under the partnership, that content will be sold overseas through Geek Jack, which transcosmos operates as a cross-border e-commerce platform specializing in entertainment products. The two companies said they will build a streamlined shopping journey so overseas users can find and buy the creations.

The partnership also covers promotion. Transcosmos and Metaverse Creators will strengthen product communications for international audiences and present the creative vision and story behind each work, according to the announcement. On creator support, the companies will draw on Geek Jack's multilingual customer support and on "Modesapo!" in addressing unauthorized distribution and reposting of creators' works. The companies said reducing the operational burden of international sales will let creators focus on content creation.

Geek Jack began offering digital downloads of Japan-originated VTuber voice content in July 2019 and now sells both digital and physical products worldwide. Since 2023, the platform has also offered VRChat avatars, outfits and other products. Transcosmos said the partnership combines Metaverse Creators's planning and production expertise and creator network with Geek Jack's cross-border e-commerce infrastructure.

transcosmos's Recent Roblox and AI Work

Transcosmos and Asahi Soft Drinks released "Asahi Drink Exciting Operation!" on Roblox on October 1, 2026, as the second installment after "Mitsuya Cider Factory Tycoon," Prtimes reported. In September 2026, transcosmos deployed its AI-powered learning solution trans-AI Tutor in a financial services project in Vietnam, cutting new agent training time from 10 to 5 business days, PR Newswire reported. Transcosmos also opened CX Square Park23 Bali in Indonesia on September 10, 2026, its seventh operation site and first in Bali, PR Newswire reported.

Geek Jack's Expanding 3D Content Lineup

The companies said they will continue to expand the range of 3D content and participating creators on Geek Jack. They will also use feedback and demand from overseas users to inform future product development and promotional activities, with the goal of building a distribution ecosystem that creates new revenue opportunities and fan engagement for creators.
