Radisson Hotel Group signs Hotel Novza, its seventh hotel in Tashkent, with 100 rooms

Radisson Hotel Group signed Hotel Novza in Tashkent's Novza district as a member of Radisson Individuals Premier, adding 100 rooms and suites. The hotel will be owned by Borukh Trade LLC and operate under a franchise agreement, EIN Presswire reported on October 28, 2026.

What Hotel Novza Will Include

Radisson Hotel Group is a Belgium-based, privately held multi-brand hotel operator running more than 1,100 hotels across luxury, upper-upscale, upscale, midscale and budget tiers through management and franchise agreements, according to akta.pro company records. Hotel Novza will offer an all-day dining restaurant with an outdoor terrace and lobby lounge, 351m² of meeting and event space across three conference rooms, and leisure facilities including a spa, fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool.

The property sits around 350 metres from Novza metro station, approximately 8 kilometres from Tashkent Railway Station and 11 kilometres from Tashkent International Airport. As a Radisson Individuals Premier member, Hotel Novza will keep its own name and character while using the group's global distribution, commercial platforms and the Radisson Rewards loyalty program.

Radisson's Tashkent Pipeline Through 2030

The signing brings Radisson's Tashkent portfolio to seven hotels across five brands, spanning the upper-midscale to luxury segments. The recently refurbished Radisson Blu Hotel, Tashkent and Panarams Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals, are already welcoming guests, while five other hotels are in the pipeline.

Radisson RED Uzboom and Hotel Novza are both set to open in 2027. Radisson Collection Tashkent follows in 2028, and Radisson Hotel Tashkent Chorsu and Radisson Blu Rieter Towers are both due by 2030.

Radisson's Wider Expansion Record

Radisson surpassed 100 hotels across Africa in April 2026, with more than 15 new hotels and approximately 2,500 rooms signed in the prior 12 months, according to akta.pro company records. The same records show the group expanded to 200 hotels in India as of October 2025, including 130 operational and 70 under development, with a target of 500 hotels by 2030.

In March 2026, Radisson signed an agreement with Gajbadan Tradewing to launch its first internationally branded resort in Kalimpong, West Bengal, India. The group also recorded over 210 hotel signings and openings across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa in 2025.

Earlier Radisson Expansion Moves

On October 19, 2026, Construction World reported that Radisson is targeting 500 hotels in India by 2030, currently operating 146 hotels with 16,000 rooms and planning to add about 250 hotels over four years, with 60% in tier-one and tier-two cities.

On October 15, 2026, GlobeNewswire reported that Radisson expanded in France by signing Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Lyon Golf du Verger, opening in 2029, and opening East Side Hôtel Paris Gare de l'Est earlier this year.

On September 30, 2026, Skift reported that Radisson added four older hotels to its Verified Net Zero Hotels program, bringing the total to nine, with the properties built between 1973 and 1984 requiring no dedicated efficiency or electrification capital expenditure to qualify.

Hotel Novza's 2027 Opening

Hotel Novza is set to open in 2027, the same year as Radisson RED Uzboom. Radisson Collection Tashkent is scheduled for 2028, and Radisson Hotel Tashkent Chorsu and Radisson Blu Rieter Towers are both due by 2030.
