Digbi Health announced ASRA, an agentic care operating system that unifies metabolic, inflammatory and hormonal health, on October 28, 2026. The Mountain View, California, company said the platform is available nationwide across all 50 states and serves employees at more than 300 employers and health plans. GlobeNewswire carried the announcement.
How ASRA Combines Biology and AI Agents
Digbi Health said ASRA brings together precision nutrition, lifestyle interventions and clinically appropriate pharmacotherapy for obesity, diabetes, hypertension, gastrointestinal disorders and women's hormonal health. Secure AI agents handle outreach, enrollment, engagement, personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and clinical support, while every clinical decision remains with coaches and clinicians.
The company said the platform was built over three years of development and testing on billions of linked data points, including gut microbiome, genetics, blood laboratory results, medical and pharmacy claims, real-world GLP-1 effectiveness, continuous glucose monitoring and connected devices. Digbi said ASRA already runs its programs for close to 300 employers, so a new employer goes live in weeks rather than quarters.
Within ASRA, GLP Compass gives employers a technology and process architecture to design their own GLP-1 access and funding model, ranging from fully PBM-integrated to PBM-light and from employer cash-pay to defined contribution. Every model includes nationwide digital and telehealth access to prescribing physicians for GLP-1 care and for clinical management of hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal and midlife women.
"Employers have spent years managing fragmented point solutions, facing escalating healthcare costs while seeking sustainable access to GLP-1 treatments," said Ranjan Sinha, founder and chief executive officer of Digbi Health. "ASRA consolidates these solutions on a single platform, allowing employers to tailor GLP-1 care to their access and funding needs."
Digbi's Funding and Partnership Record
According to akta.pro company records, Digbi Health has raised a $5.7 million Series A in June 2025 and a $3 million convertible note led by LG Nova in April 2023, among 11 funding rounds on record. The same records list a March 2026 expansion of GLP Compass and the launch of Digbi RxFund, a financial vehicle providing employer-subsidized and cash-pay access to GLP-1 medications across PBM, direct-to-employer, employee cash-pay and 340B channels.
Earlier Steps Toward a Single Platform
In October 2026, Digbi Health extended precision biology care to all 50 states through OpenLoop Health and MD Integrations, giving members of over 300 employers access to more than 700 clinicians, GlobeNewswire reported. Earlier that month, FinancialContent Business Page reported that Digbi expanded its Precision Biology platform to include hormone replacement therapy, unifying metabolic, GI, inflammatory and hormonal care. Also in October 2026, FinancialContent Business Page reported a Digbi study of 15,933 members finding that 53.8% of symptomatic members improved by at least 50 points on the IBS-SSS scale after 12 weeks.
Nationwide Clinician Network Behind ASRA
Digbi said ASRA powers its care programs across all 50 states, reaching more than 30 million eligible individuals through relationships serving over 300 employers and health plans, supported by a nationwide network of more than 700 clinicians and coaches. The company's announcement describes the platform as built on SOC 2 Type II-audited, HIPAA-aligned infrastructure with governed, member-specific data access and role-based permissions.
