Securitize's Stellar Integration and Compliance Features
Securitize converts real-world assets such as equity and debt into tokens that can be traded like cryptocurrencies. The company is known for issuing and managing BlackRock's BUIDL tokenized money-market fund.
Stellar is known for being a fast and scalable blockchain, where decentralized assets can be configured for customer identification (KYC), clawbacks and sanctions compliance, the firms said at the conference. Franklin Templeton runs a tokenized money market fund on Stellar, and MoneyGram moves money across it daily.
"The Stellar network has built the fourth-largest ecosystem for tokenized real-world assets, which speaks to the strength of its network and the growing institutional demand for tokenization," said Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo in a statement.
Stellar, founded in 2017, went public on the New York Stock Exchange in July, putting its own stock on Solana (SOL) and Avalanche (AVAX) at the same time. The shares rose as high as $13.70 on the first day of trading.

A shareholder vote was scheduled for June 29, 2026, after which the combined company will trade on the NYSE under ticker SECZ. The same records list total funding of $148.3 million, with the last round on August 13, 2026.
