- Both platforms are available for immediate delivery from Digi-Key and Mouser.
EPC Power released two three-phase inverter evaluation platforms, the EPC91124 and EPC91125, built on its 100 V GaN FETs and priced at $690 and $680. EIN Presswire published the announcement on October 27, 2026.
Inside the EPC91124 and EPC91125 Boards
The boards support operating voltages from 18 V to 80 V and PWM switching frequencies up to 100 kHz, with a 150 kHz maximum. EPC Power designed them for industrial automation, collaborative robots, autonomous mobile robots, drones, servo drives and precision motion control.
The EPC91124 uses the EPC2361 100 V eGaN FET with a typical on-resistance of 0.75 mΩ and delivers up to 35 ARMS continuous phase current and 45 ARMS peak. The EPC91125 is based on the EPC2367 100 V eGaN FET with a typical on-resistance of 1.2 mΩ and provides 30 ARMS continuous and 40 ARMS peak. Both share a 79 mm × 80 mm footprint.
Each board includes gate drivers, three-phase current sensing, phase and DC bus voltage monitoring, on-board housekeeping power supplies, temperature monitoring and encoder/Hall sensor interfaces. The boards work with Microchip dsPIC, Texas Instruments C2000, STMicroelectronics STM32 and Renesas RAxT2 controllers. Current feedback comes from integrated Hall-effect sensors with 250 kHz bandwidth, 13.2 mV/A sensitivity and a dynamic measurement range of about ±125 A.
"These new evaluation platforms demonstrate how 100 V GaN technology enables high-frequency inverter operation while integrating the sensing, thermal management, and controller interfaces engineers need to accelerate development," said Marco Palma, Vice President Motor Drive Marketing and System Engineering at EPC Power.
Schematic, bill of materials and Gerber files are available from the EPC91124/25 product page. Reference design boards and devices ship immediately from Digi-Key and Mouser.
EPC Power's Data Center Partnerships
According to akta.pro company records, EPC Power entered a strategic collaboration with Generac Power Systems in March 2026 to combine Generac's SBE Block battery systems and ARC Controller with EPC Power's M-System inverters for hyperscale computing. In November 2025 it agreed a partnership to supply ON.energy with silicon-carbide M power converters for an AI UPS platform. The company reports more than 15 GW deployed across 62 countries and more than 30 GW of combined annual production capacity from its California and South Carolina facilities.
Earlier EPC Power Product News
On October 20, 2026, EIN Presswire reported that EPC Power's EVAL-LT7930-AZ reference design pairs the LT7930 controller with EPC2361 GaN FETs in a dual-phase buck-boost converter running from 36 V to 65 V input and delivering 48 V output. In September 2024, the company unveiled the M System, a modular silicon-carbide digital power processor configurable from 5.3 MVA down to 537 kVA building blocks, with U.S.-manufactured deliveries starting in the third quarter of 2025, according to akta.pro company records.
