Konzmann Bondholder Resolution and KLAR Partners Transaction
The resolution covers Konzmann's EUR 85 million senior secured bonds (ISIN NO0013683466). The two bonds would share a common security and guarantee package and rank pari passu.
The transaction remains subject to, among other things, consents from other financial creditors and clearance from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products in Sweden. No decision on the transaction has been taken. If completed, it is expected to close during Q1 2027.
