Zywave released the second set of updates in its Fall 2026 Launch on November 5, adding the full Producer Agent prospecting workflow and a Loss Data connector to Zywave Apex MCP, along with carrier analytics in MGA Hub. The Milwaukee-based insurance distribution technology provider announced the launch through PR Newswire.
What Zywave Put Inside Apex MCP
Producer Agent is now available in Zywave Apex MCP, carrying the prospecting workflow from identifying an ideal customer profile to a booked meeting into Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible AI tools. Zywave said producers keep final approval on every email. The Loss Data connector lets users ask for a loss profile on a company or on companies like it, drawn from Zywave's record of reported loss events, or pull the case-level detail behind it without a custom integration. Zywave said the connector extends Loss Insight beyond the data science team, so an underwriter can ask the AI assistant they already use instead of submitting a one-off request, and a broker can pull a loss profile before a renewal or prospect meeting.
Eric Rentsch, Chief Product Officer and Head of Emerging Markets at Zywave, said: "Our mission at Zywave is to connect the entire insurance marketplace, so that carriers and brokers can transact more effectively and efficiently." He added that the launch covers "from the first prospecting conversation to the renewal, and from the agency to the carrier."
Partner Platform, Agency Matrix and MGA Hub Changes
Partner Platform now connects to Advisor Agent, feeding driver and vehicle data into personal lines quoting so renewals start with policy data in place and quotes already run. Agency Matrix accounts and policy information now flow into Zywave core account management, powering marketing and content applications, Producer Agent and Advisor Agent. A new dashboard in MGA Hub brings quoting activity, agency performance and class and state breakdowns into one place for carriers. Zywave also added two carriers across 47 states in benefits quoting, 19 carriers across home and auto in 18 states through TurboRater and the Personal Lines Quoting API, and one carrier in commercial lines on MGA Hub. Content Cloud added hundreds of new assets in the third quarter, including benefits open enrollment and health care cost content, a cyber awareness infographic series and guidance on new California workplace laws.
Zywave's Earlier AI Releases
According to akta.pro company records, Zywave launched Advisor Agent in Early Access in June 2026, an AI agent that monitors renewal windows, flags coverage gaps and delivers prioritized action plans integrated with Agency Matrix and Partner Platform AMS. In December 2025 the company launched its Agentic AI Suite, covering Prospect Identification, Lead Sourcing & Scoring, Research & Enrichment, and Outreach & Optimization, with early adopters receiving preferential pricing ahead of Q1 2026 general availability. The same records show Zywave serves more than 15,000 customers and partners, including all top 100 U.S. insurance firms, with more than 8,000 agencies connected to the platform.
