The King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based cybersecurity solutions and services provider announced the appointment on November 5, 2026, according to PR Newswire.

Locker's Role and Prior Experience

AccessIT Group said Locker will lead its go-to-market teams to build on current momentum and capture emerging opportunities in the cybersecurity market. Locker brings 32 years of experience in the technology industry, including 16 years in cybersecurity leading sales and go-to-market organizations.

Most recently, Locker served as chief revenue officer at Cyderes, where he oversaw sales, pre-sales, sales operations and channel alliances. Before that, he spent 12 years at Optiv Security, where the company said he played a key role in scaling the business.

"AccessIT Group has built something rare in this industry, a company where people and client relationships are equally as important as the business outcomes they deliver," Locker said. "I'm excited to help bring that approach to more organizations facing an increasingly complex threat landscape."

Joe Luciano, founder and CEO of AccessIT Group, said the role was created so every part of how the company goes to market works toward one goal: delivering security guidance built around each client's unique business needs.

"Josh has spent his career keeping the client at the center of growth, and that makes him the right leader for this moment," Luciano said. "Josh also shares the values that define us: we put our people and our clients first, and we believe great culture drives great results."
