The transaction provides a succession solution for Rabinowitz while ensuring continuity of service and expanded capabilities for the individuals, families and businesses his practice has served, according to the announcement. Rabinowitz will remain actively involved during a transition period, working alongside the ZBS team to facilitate introductions and maintain service levels.
