Walker & Dunlop arranged $109.9 million in floating-rate, interest-only acquisition financing for Wyndchase Aspen Grove, a 560-unit multifamily community in Franklin, Tennessee, with Wells Fargo providing the loan. Business Wire reported the transaction on November 3, 2026.
How the Wyndchase Aspen Grove Loan Was Structured
Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Real Estate Finance arranged the transaction on behalf of an institutional client. Allan Edelson, Justin Nelson, Jeremy Seid, Joe Tarantino and PJ Feichtmeier arranged the financing.
Edelson, a senior managing director of Capital Markets Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop, said the property's location and layout drew interest. "Wyndchase Aspen Grove's prime location, low-density layout, and strong market fundamentals made it an attractive financing opportunity," he said. Edelson added that the firm worked closely with Wells Fargo to arrange floating-rate, interest-only financing that gives the client flexibility as it executes its business plan.
The community spans 33 residential buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, including townhome-style options, averaging 1,091 square feet. Amenities include two swimming pools with sundecks, a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse with a game room, grilling stations, a cybercafé, a playground, a dog park and a pet wash station, alongside more than 60 acres of green space. The property sits in Franklin's Aspen Grove/Cool Springs corridor, with access to Interstate 65 and the broader Nashville metropolitan area, in Williamson County.
