AvAir closed $170 million in new revolving credit facilities with a group of six financial institutions, the company announced November 3, 2026. AvAir's Six-Bank Revolving Credit Package

AvAir said the expanded revolving capacity gives it additional financial flexibility to execute its growth plan, including strategic inventory acquisitions, investments in new capabilities and continued expansion of its global aftermarket platform. The facilities will support general corporate purposes, working capital requirements, inventory investments, strategic acquisitions and other growth initiatives.

"Closing this financing with six institutions of this caliber says a great deal about the strength of our business and the opportunity ahead of us," said Bob Knox, Chief Financial Officer of AvAir. "Each of these banks took the time to understand our industry."

Mike Bianco, Chief Executive Officer of AvAir, said the financing "represents another important step in AvAir's continued evolution and positions us to pursue our growth strategy with confidence." The financing follows AvAir's acquisition of Full Stop Technics, a Milwaukee-based FAA- and EASA-certified wheel and brake repair provider. That deal added certified maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities to AvAir's aftermarket platform and created a captive service provider for its wheel and brake exchange program. Full Stop Technics continues to operate under its existing brand from its Milwaukee facility.

First Citizens Bank, one of the six lenders, opened a new banking office and branch in Santa Monica, Calif., at 1540 2nd Street on October 28, 2026, TradingView reported. The three-story, 62,000-square-foot property houses commercial, innovation, fund, consumer, wealth and small business teams.

AvAir's Funding and Operating Record

AvAir has one funding round on record, a debt-funded round in March 2024, according to akta.pro company records. The same records list more than 26 million rotable and consumable aircraft components in inventory, more than 3,100 clients globally and a 30% annual growth rate. AvAir opened a 45,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Grapevine, Texas, near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in June 2026, complementing its existing Chandler, Arizona and Dublin operations.

AvAir's Deals Before the Credit Facilities

On October 28, 2026, AvAir and XAero signed a long-term aircraft asset management agreement to teardown three commercial aircraft and remarket their components, PR Newswire reported. The program targets airlines, MROs and leasing companies, with inventory expected to enter the aftermarket over coming months.

On July 15, 2026, AvAir announced its acquisition of Full Stop Technics, a Milwaukee-based aerospace wheel and brake maintenance company with nearly four decades of industry experience, Third News reported. American City Business Journals reported on July 22, 2026, that the deal was intended to expand AvAir's aftermarket platform by adding specialized maintenance and repair capabilities.
