Southern Home Services Acquires Vanderford Air and Plumbing, Adding Second Houston Location

Southern Home Services acquired Vanderford Air and Plumbing of League City, Texas, the company announced November 3, 2026, with the transaction closing November 2, 2026. The price was not disclosed. PR Newswire carried the announcement.

Southern Home Services is a house-of-brands home services platform supporting locally operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies across the South, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. Vanderford Air and Plumbing is a League City company that provides heating, air conditioning and plumbing services to Houston-area homeowners.

Southern's Second Houston Market Location

The deal makes Vanderford Southern's second location in the Houston designated market area. Vanderford joins Nick's Plumbing & Air Conditioning, which Southern acquired in October 2025. Together, the two companies expand Southern's capacity to serve Houston-area homeowners with heating, air conditioning and plumbing services.
