Armani Group has partnered MBSB Bank Bhd to offer eligible buyers of selected developments up to 100 per cent financing under the bank's Home Advance 100 programme, covering properties valued between RM500,000 and RM1.5 million. NST Online reported the pact on November 3, 2026.

How the Armani-MBSB Financing Works

Buyers gain access to MBSB Bank's Home Financing-i and Home Advance 100 facilities, aimed at those purchasing a first or second residential property. The facility also covers eligible incidental costs of up to five per cent of the lower of the sale and purchase price or open market value.

Armani Group group managing director Datuk Seri Azlan Azmi said the partnership aimed to simplify the property-buying process by giving customers better access to financing advice and solutions. "Beyond developing quality properties, we believe it is equally important to help buyers take the next step towards ownership with greater confidence," he said.

MBSB Bank Berhad group chief consumer banking Usman Ghouse said the collaboration reflected the bank's commitment to making homeownership more accessible to Malaysians. He said the Home Advance 100 programme would give eligible buyers greater flexibility in managing upfront costs when purchasing a residential property.

The partnership is also expected to support Armani Group's upcoming launches and ongoing developments, catering to homebuyers and property investors. Armani Group said its luxury residential development, Armani Hallson KLCC, had received a positive market response since its debut in 2025. The project has an estimated gross development value of RM3 billion and is located within Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle, about 300 metres from the Petronas Twin Towers. The group is also preparing to launch Armani Hallson Bukit Bintang, another luxury residential development near Jalan Alor.

Armani Group's Recent Partnership Record

According to akta.pro company records, Armani Group signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding with L'OCCITANE and Five Senses in May 2026 to explore hospitality-led urban living concepts integrated into its residential developments. The same records show the group opened a 383-key Oakwood Cameron Highlands hotel in March 2026, its first disclosed hospitality and asset-operating vertical in Cameron Highlands, and launched Armani Residence Setia Alam 2, a freehold mixed development in Selangor, in 2026.

The records describe Armani Group as a privately held Malaysian integrated developer with projects across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Pahang, Terengganu, Sabah and Penang, and regional expansion into Indonesia. Its portfolio spans high-rise residences, landed homes, serviced apartments, SOHO/SOVO/SOFO units, business parks, industrial parks, shoplots and mixed-use developments.
