PNK Group is considering the sale of a portfolio of 12 modern industrial buildings totaling approximately 7 million square feet, with a potential value of approximately $1 billion, PR Newswire reported on November 2, 2026. PNK Group USA is a vertically integrated industrial real estate developer that designs, manufactures and leases warehouse and manufacturing facilities using its proprietary Building Assembly Set modular construction technology. JLL is the exclusive advisor for the sale.

PNK Group's 12-Building Portfolio and JLL Mandate

More than 75% of the portfolio's total area is already under long-term leases with highly rated blue-chip tenants and is available for acquisition now, according to the report. The remaining portion will become available to investors once its rental income has stabilized. The buildings were constructed using PNK Group's proprietary solutions, including insulated three-layer reinforced concrete wall panels and 8-inch reinforced concrete floor slabs designed for heavy loads. Roof warranties run up to 30 years, depending on the building, and the buildings can serve as warehouses and distribution centers or for manufacturing without substantial reconstruction.

JLL will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, conducting negotiations and supporting the transaction process. The mandate follows JLL's acquisition of London-based retail property advisory firm KLM Real Estate, a deal that added 17 staff and whose price was undisclosed, Costar reported on October 29, 2026.

PNK Group's U.S. Development Footprint

PNK Group has over 15 million square feet of industrial projects under development across the United States, according to akta.pro company records, with projects spanning New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Georgia, Virginia, Texas and North Carolina and expansion plans to Florida and South Carolina. The same records show production capacity enabling construction of approximately 4 million square feet of industrial buildings annually. In April 2026, PNK Group completed a 306,000-square-foot build-to-suit manufacturing and distribution facility for Rinnai America Corporation in Griffin, Georgia, and acquired a 24-acre site in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
