Cyndie Shaffstall, co-founder and COO of Trust Moments, is developing her 21st book, provisionally titled 100 Leadership Perspectives on AI in Real Estate, with interviews continuing at NAR NXT in New Orleans from November 6 to 8. The company announced the project in a release distributed by 24-7 Press Release on October 29, 2026.
Trust Moments is a privacy-first, AI-assisted relationship and referral platform that helps agents surface behavioral data about buyers and match them with homes, according to its website.
Shaffstall's Interview Push at NAR NXT
Trust Moments has contacted more than 200 industry leaders for the project, and Shaffstall and the founding team will be onsite at NAR NXT to conduct further interviews and gather perspectives. The interviews will feed the ebook, which is set for publication after the conference.
"We are so energized by the way professionals in the real estate field are innovating the use of AI around their own workflows, creating solutions that empower humans," Shaffstall said. "We are reaching out to leaders all over the industry to create a comprehensive picture of where AI is now, where people want it to develop, and how it can make our work better than ever."
Shaffstall's previous ebook, Case study: How we built an AI-powered relationship and referral engine (and the things I wish I knew then), was published in October. It examined the experiments and missteps of a small team without a traditional engineering background as they used AI to develop a real estate relationship and referral engine.
"AI isn't here to replace human cognition – it's meant to empower people, and we're excited to hear how industry leaders are putting it to work," Shaffstall said.
She also invited leaders attending the conference to share their experiences: "To industry leaders attending NAR NXT, please stop by and share your successes and experiences with AI – together we make a stronger, more tech-forward industry."
Publication Set After the New Orleans Conference
NAR NXT runs November 6 to 8 in New Orleans, where Shaffstall and the founding team will conduct interviews for the ebook. The book is scheduled for publication after the conference.
