The CPAC IMEA Combination
The merged firm operates under the CPAC Global brand and international network. EVAS International is a UAE-based chartered accountancy and management consultancy founded in 2013 that provides audit, tax, accounting, ICV certification and advisory services to private companies, free zone entities and multinational clients across the UAE and GCC. The firms said the combination brings together their expertise and resources to accelerate growth, expand their regional and international presence and deliver greater value to clients.
Vijay Mohan, Managing Partner of CPAC Global, said: "This is much more than a merger of two professional services firms. It is the coming together of people, experience, values and a shared vision for the future." Mohan said the combined firm plans to open new offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India and Kenya in the next few months.
Dheeraj Ranasaria, Managing Partner of CPAC Global, said businesses increasingly require advisers who can provide integrated solutions across audit, taxation, technology, financial reporting, compliance and strategic advisory services. The combined organisation intends to invest in talent development, digital transformation, technological capabilities and specialised advisory services.

The same records list an affiliation with Geneva Group International and offices spread across the UAE.
