P&Co says it has increased its repeat purchase rate by 24% after introducing Reveni's instant refunds and exchanges. The British clothing and lifestyle brand, founded in 2013, disclosed the figures through Retail Technology Innovation Hub. Refund processing became 2.1 times faster and exchange value increased by 11%.
How Reveni's Instant Refunds Work for P&Co
Reveni assesses eligible refund and exchange requests in real time using its own risk model. Customers can receive a refund or have a replacement dispatched before the original goods arrive back at the retailer. P&Co's spreadsheet-based returns process had become difficult to maintain as the brand grew, with manual refunds absorbing support capacity and fast-moving stock making exchanges hard to guarantee before returned items reached the warehouse.
Katie Evans, Operations Manager at P&Co, described the change: "The customer support team were talking to me about the dark times before Reveni when returns were processed on a spreadsheet and it was super manual. We worked out it saves 64 days of customer support time not having to manually process refunds."
The change freed the support team to focus on customer conversations. Reveni's product-level returns analytics also helped P&Co improve products and refine size guides, and customer feedback highlighted a smoother returns experience.
Fernando Pedraz, CEO and Founder at Reveni, said: "A return is a moment when a customer decides whether they'll shop with you again. Making them wait for their money or a replacement puts that next purchase at risk. P&Co understood that getting this right could bring customers back. There is real commercial value in giving returns the same attention as the sale."
Reveni's Funding and Merchant Base
Reveni was founded in 2022 and launched an instant-refunds platform backed by a proprietary risk model that underwrites and dispenses refunds in about five seconds, according to akta.pro company records. The same records show the company raised €17 million from investors in 2022 and established UK subsidiary Reveni Ltd, company number 14618820, at 5 New Street Square, London. Reveni serves more than 250 retailers across its platform as of 2026, primarily in fashion and athleisure across European markets, and lists a partnership with Wayflyer that combines its financing with Reveni's returns and logistics platform.
