Coats Digital said White House, an Indian garment manufacturer, cut its production planning cycle by 60-80% after implementing the company's FastReactPlan solution. B2B Marketplace reported the deployment on October 28, 2026.
How FastReactPlan Changed White House's Planning
White House was established in 1962 and is headquartered in Chennai, India. The vertically integrated manufacturer employs approximately 4,000 people, operates 1,800 sewing machines across five sewing units and has a production capacity of approximately 800,000 garments per month. Its annual turnover is around US$65 million. White House makes T-shirts, polo shirts, rugby shirts, sweat hoodies and zip hoodies for brands including Ralph Lauren, GANT, Marco Polo and Timberland.
Coats Digital said FastReactPlan integrates with White House's existing ERP system and brings production planning, capacity planning, order scheduling, material planning, pre-production tracking and delivery planning into a single environment. The platform gives planners a view of orders, capacity, production requirements and pre-production status, and lets them identify capacity constraints earlier.
Mohamed Mohsyn, Director at White House, said: "Our planning process was heavily dependent on manual work, with Excel sheets, emails and information spread across different locations." Ilias Agridiotis, CEO of White House, said: "Fast React Plan has proved a real game changer for us. We can now plan much faster and we have a clear understanding of what is happening across the whole business."
