USEReady Names HF Sinclair's Former CIO Ramon Grimaldo Jr. as Energy and Manufacturing Advisor

USEReady has appointed Ramon Grimaldo Jr., former Vice President and Chief Information Officer of HF Sinclair, as an Industry Advisor, the company said on October 26, 2026. Grimaldo will advise on industry solutions, data products, and AI Delivery Lifecycle expertise and accelerators, and will support USEReady's expansion across Energy & Manufacturing.

Grimaldo's Role and Energy Sector Background

Grimaldo's energy-sector career includes senior technology leadership roles at HF Sinclair and Marathon Petroleum Corporation, as well as leadership positions at Tesoro Corporation. His expertise spans enterprise capabilities, strategy development, solutions delivery, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation.

USEReady has been developing a suite of agentic AI solutions spanning the Industrial value chain.
