Guac Mexi Grill, founded in Ontario in 2016, has grown to more than 55 restaurants across Canada through a multi-unit franchise model supported by standardized operations, franchisee training and corporate support. The US agreement sets out a phased development plan across the three southeastern states over the next decade, with initial openings targeted for 2027 and further market development to follow.
The brand's restaurant format is designed for traditional retail plazas, shopping centres, street-front locations and select non-traditional venues. Its compact footprint, customizable menu and franchise support infrastructure are intended to give flexibility for multi-unit development and commercial real estate partnerships. The US rollout will prioritize site selection, operational readiness and consistent execution.
