Inside the PMTLT 2026-DSC1 Pool
PennyMac Corp. Is the sponsor of the transaction, which is solely backed by loans underwritten to debt-service coverage ratio guidelines. The pool carries moderate original combined loan-to-value ratios of 65.5%. The mortgage loans are seasoned approximately 3 months.
Fixed-rate mortgages make up 99.3% of the pool, and adjustable-rate mortgages account for 0.7%. About 13.0% of the pool has an initial interest-only period. All loans were categorized as exempt from the ATR/QM rule because they were originated for business purposes.
KBRA's approach incorporated loan-level analysis of the mortgage pool through its Residential Asset Loss Model, an examination of third-party loan file due diligence results, cash flow modeling of the payment structure, reviews of key transaction parties and an assessment of the legal structure and documentation.
