S3 has connected to the Bruce ATS market data feed operated by Bruce Markets, giving the compliance and trade analytics provider's clients visibility into overnight U.S. equities prices and liquidity, Bruce Markets said on October 14, 2026. The announcement was published by PR Newswire.

How the Bruce ATS Integration Works

Bruce Markets operates Bruce ATS, a U.S. equities alternative trading system that enables overnight trading from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM ET. The data integration gives S3's clients a view of overnight prices and liquidity as they prepare for potential regulatory expectations around off-hours trading.

"Bruce ATS now represents more than one-fifth of reported overnight notional across the three leading ATSs, making visibility into our market increasingly important to evaluating execution quality," said Jason Wallach, CEO of Bruce Markets. "Competition and choice work best when participants can see where liquidity is available, and S3's addition of our market data allows its clients to make more informed comparisons as the overnight market continues to grow."

Mark Davies, Co-Founder and CEO of S3, said the addition gives clients "greater visibility and a more complete picture of execution quality." The integration follows Bruce Markets' plans to launch the first continuous weekend U.S. equities trading session, subject to regulatory review, which Traders Magazine reported on October 9, 2026 as a 56-hour session from Friday 8 p.m. ET to Monday 4 a.m. ET backed by PEAK6, Robinhood, Nasdaq and Apex Clearing.
